Very nice comfortable handle with a long flat expander and has a good sharp edge. Only problem, I washed it and didn't dry it, immediately let it dry on the counter overnight and in the morning it was rusty. I've also washed one in the dishwasher and it hasn't rusted. So let's hope they're good. I like the spoiled chef brand but a bit pricey.
