I have tried many different hand brushes after working in the garden or in the car and most of them fail after a few months of use. Either the bristles fall out or soften or deform. After a year of use, the bristles on this brush are as good as new. The bristles are firm, which I like because they can knock out stubborn oil from under the nails. Neither the brush nor the bristles have become dull from use; The brush is still as white as the day it arrived. Excellent goods.
