Works great. The center arm is stiff as other reviewers said but when I contacted the manufacturer they said it could be adjusted and called them for instructions so I plan on doing that. The only reason I deducted 1 star is that there is no level control to use once the TV is installed. Some TV mounts have +/- 3 degrees of height adjustment for fine-tuning after you've mounted the mount to the wall and positioned your TV. This one doesn't and it would be nice to have, otherwise you'd better be very careful when mounting it on the wall and if you don't your TV won't stand level. I found this out when I installed it so I took great care to make sure it was perfectly level so I didn't have any problems, but if I messed up my whole TV a bit it would be crooked and I'd have to put it all together remove and reinstall as it hangs over the mantle so any unevenness is obvious.
