Normal cutting tool suitable for vegetable peeler
This tool works well for small products such as lemons and plum tomatoes. I was hoping to use it for chopping steak tomatoes and Vidalia onions, but it barely opens enough to accommodate large items. On the plus side, it sits well on the cutting board and the handle keeps your fingers off the knife blade.
