Works great on my 2013 11" MacBook Air with Mavericks. This model is the first Air model to have USB3 so it takes full advantage of the adapter I'm seeing very good throughput, spikes at max gigabit ethernet speeds (around 120Mbps, copying from Air SSD to Mac Pro SSD) I'm not seeing a sustained 120Mbps, but bursts at 120MB/ s and troughs at 70Mbps Overall it's almost as good as a Thunderbolt Ethernet adapter and good to have if you plan to use the Thunderbolt port for something else, such as video output Do a search for AX88179 Mac drivers and you will find them The CD that came with the device is too old and certainly doesn't work with Mavericks and probably not even with 10.7 and 10.8 A driver has been posted 2/19/2014 so if you find something older look again.
