FINALLY I have real crown muffins that look like mushrooms! This baking pan is a must if you want to get muffins like you see in stores (or on TV ^^). Just be careful with the sizes as it's a lot bigger (and heavier, but that's not a problem) than a regular muffin pan. . Measure your stove and then order a suitable model! ;-)Hand. For a recipe for 12 "regular" cupcakes (yeah, you know, flat, not-so-appetizing) cupcakes, you'll end up with 6-7 of these great big crown cupcakes. The hardest part is finding the right amount of dough for each shape (the picture shows it's not far from ideal).
