I love these mitts! I have tried several different mitts at my gym before purchasing my own. Ringside is a very reputable company widely known in the world of boxing and I was not let down with these mitts. The fit was perfect immediately, no break in time. The control I have with the smaller size is great & the gel is so nice when taking hard punches. Absolutely pleased with this purchase!

I like these focus mitts. I think these are my new favorite to punch and to hold for a partner. I like to use these for fast combos, and for speed training. I bought these several months ago, when I started having to conduct some of my Muay Thai private lessons outside of my usual gym. Since then, I've used them for at least three to four lessons a week, and I've found them to be a solid, if not perfect, pair of mitts.They are light, and easy to manipulate. Quality built product for sure! Very small though as mentioned by everyone here. It's got a nice sweet spot, and if you hit it just right you get can get a nice pop. Small Target so that's helps improve accuracy. I've only had them for a couple of days, and for the first time using mitts in our sessions, a mitt flew off my coaches hand. Good price, well made. Solid striking surface. Good absorption of energy into the mitt.I have large/XL size hands. Mitts would suit smaller hands better IMO. Still breaking the mitts in and are starting to have a better fit.

I’ve always found boxing practice to be an engaging and very effective workout. We have boxing gloves as well but these mitts are more compact and help develop speed while getting your heart pumping. You can use them by themselves for shadow boxing or with a partner as targets. Either way it’s much more fun than some aerobics class on YouTube. These are well made, easy to get on and off and worthwhile. Give them a shot!

Solid support. Great curved target surface. Lightweight and easily maneuverable for speed drills. Excellent construction and stitching. The inside is suede and very breathable against the palm of the hand. Perfect size target area. Quality addition to any fight gym. Can't go wrong with Ringside. Buy with confidence.

Lasted 2 days before cloth interior fell apart and gell pad fell out. Im in mexico training so couldn't send them back but a replacement would have done same. Had to get them repaired locally so got a new leather piece put in them.

the mitts do not fit my hands and when I first started using them for the first 4 days my hands turned black from the dye on the leather. Really not a good mitt

Good practice mitts which combine decent padding with modest weight. The pair I received were well made and seem to be standing up to light amateur use very well. Excellent for training with smaller/lighter people such as teens and tweens.

i love these because they are tiny and when i run mitts it forces the person I am holding for to really focus to make the punches precise. i wish they had velco straps but thats ok, now that they are broken in they stay put. these are perfect for people with smaller hands

great mitts for the price. Wouldn't recomend using with a power puncher or your elbows will feel it. Go with something bigger if thats what your looking for.

i am a professional coach. these gloves are well made and worth the money.nice small target but enough padding to protect the hands.for small to med hands.large to exlarge hands will be too tight.it does loosen up a bit.great buy

The mitt is a quality mitt, would give 5 stars but the inner padding dyes your hand when you’re sweating. ‎7.75 x 6.5 x 5 inches!

My son uses these to help his younger sisters get more training in when not in the gym. He says they are just like the ones they use at the gym and work like they should. They seem to be a good quality product and have proven to be durable with almost daily use.

I got these for my son who i an aspiring amateur boxer--he mostly does it for exercise. He and his dad use these for all sorts of "fighting" practice. They are loaded with a micro gel that helps soften impacts. They fit the hand well and are easy to use--not too small a target. EVen I have worn them while my son practiced (although he was easy on them since I was the one wearing them!
