Great exercise with a partner or not!
I’ve always found boxing practice to be an engaging and very effective workout. We have boxing gloves as well but these mitts are more compact and help develop speed while getting your heart pumping. You can use them by themselves for shadow boxing or with a partner as targets. Either way it’s much more fun than some aerobics class on YouTube. These are well made, easy to get on and off and worthwhile. Give them a shot!
