After a long debate, who is the seller - amazon or the supplier, sent a statement to the supplier in Hong Kong. I was assigned an examination in Hong Kong at 13.00 on a working day. I myself live in Hong Kong. It is clear that I am not going to lose a working day and pay an amount that exceeds the cost of headphones many times over. Doing an examination in Hong Kong is also not an option, since I repeat again, there are no certified centers according to this model. It's a shame it was a gift for a child.
