Love the ability to set the time per cycle. I used to have a lot less and it had a 30 minute cycle. The quality is much better, seems to work very well. I've only used it a couple of times but I feel like it does what it's supposed to do, sanitize. I use it on my CPAP machine, put it in a tub with a lid, put the hose in the tub, set the time, after the cycle I let it air out and I'm ready to use the machine.
