rough surface that is difficult to clean
It has a very rough surface. I would look for another with a smoother finish in terms of cleaning and maintenance. The only decent feature is a small area on one end of the plate for fat accumulation. The food is still dirty and greasy even though there is room for grease at the end of the pan. The surface is too rough.
