Poor customer service
A problem arose immediately. The speaker dangled from the bracket. I had to remove the speaker to tighten it properly. 1 screw head was torn off. I contacted the company to get the appropriate screw and they told me they don't have any extra screws. This is unfortunate given that these are not cheap speakers. I suspect that this company does not support their product very well.
- Added passive woofer radiator for improved bass response and stunning looks.
