For some reason I thought Knirps was a great umbrella brand. I bought two compact tots and they both fell apart after a year or two each. I've tried contacting the company to see if they have some sort of manufacturer's warranty but never managed to keep it. They never answered the phone or emails. Spring. Never buy one of those overpriced umbrellas again.
