Do not buy these knives if you are looking for "real" professional "s" Henkels. These knives do not bear Henkel's trademark, which makes them authentic. I bought this as a gift and was embarrassed when the recipient (who was very familiar with these knives) pointed this out to me. Needless to say they have been returned.
