Excellent for managing bookings and invoicing
The best thing about this software is that it allows us to manage all of our clients' accounts, from booking through to billing.
It's also very easy to use once you've got used to how it works! I would say the only downside at present time is that there are some minor glitches with the system which can be frustrating when dealing with large amounts of data. We have been able to automate many processes within our office so we no longer need to spend hours each day manually entering information into spreadsheets or other programs.
Pros
- Having everything in one place makes life much easier for staff as they don't ever lose track of what needs doing next & doesn’t require any searching around trying to find previous notes etc..Allows me/my team members freedom while allowing access if anyone else wants too.I like being kept up to date without having long emails explaining changes / progress..Easily accessible via phone (on
