After receiving the key, the game was successfully activated, but at startup, a delta c-1-200 error pops up. I see. there is no connection to game services or servers. Next, I open a chat with a request to return the money, I receive a response from the seller's representative in the form of a link to a video from YouTube with a recommendation to set up a computer via the command line (by the way, I did this much earlier - even before contacting the chat). Later, a certain Arbitrator joined the seller in the chat, who asked to reset the error screen, I reset . He asked to reset again (it turned out that he does not see the screenshots). Then the Arbiter sent a link to the same video from YouTube with instructions for setting it up, I answered him that I had already done this a long time ago. Then I was offered to contact Ubisoft technical support (none of these specialists even knew that it no longer works on the territory of the 2022). And then the Arbitrator dryly unsubscribed that the money would not be returned to me, referring to some clause of the user agreement. And that's it! No apologies for the inconvenience or any practical advice from these two specialists have been received. The latter referred to the fact that the key was sold, and you do what you want with it now (the problems of the ubisovt and the buyer are not their problems). On Monday I will write a statement to the police, the money is not big, but the seller’s approach is not nice to me))))
