Works great in timing belt tools
Heavy gauge steel quality. The grooves are ideal for a cam with very little play. Holds the cams in place but they will pop out when you tighten the phaser screws if you don't secure the retainers. It's okay if the holder slips off the cams, just rotate the cam until the holder snaps and your alignment marks line up.
