Used it about four days a week for a month and today the cheap glass cracked when 200 degree water was poured in from a kettle. I measured the thickness of some fragments with a digital caliper - in some places it was 0.6mm, in others around 2mm. Is it borosilicate? Probably not, since the description mentions "203 Fahrenheit" - a pretty low margin of error. Well, it's time to find another disposable press. --- Both the strainer, filter plate and lid are a loose fit. Powder (even coarsely ground) spreads out on the grate and if you don't push the lid forward when pouring, it will end up in your mug too. The glass looks cheap. But I prefer the portion size and it was, well, cheap.
