PRO: It works - it pumps water and on lower settings it's enough. Low (almost) cost. CONS: The lack of an alternative bracket to mount the fan to the base makes it a real headache in the R6 case, and the base is not compatible with other vendors (and three attempts to find one compatible have been unsuccessful - each pump vendor seems different mounting clearances) and the supplied side brackets are not strong enough to support the weight of the filled device. I ended up having to remove one of the bottom fans to allow the pump to stand on the bottom of the case and only use the side brackets to keep it stable. (and yes, my only initial leak was having to use tape on the threads to make sure it was tight enough). The pump speed control is mounted on the underside of the pump - a tiny, recessed plastic potentiometer - which with the base etc is next to impossible to change settings once installed. I want access to the controls (so you can do the initial cleaning at high speed and then turn it off for normal operation).
