Great for growing!
Use these things 15 hours a day for almost 2 months and they work great! 2 of these things grew 6 hydroponic lettuce plants from seed, in my closet and with no natural sunlight. I should have gotten more but I had sprouting issues that were unrelated. I now harvest each plant about once a week and will add new plants to my system as I get more mineral wool cubes.
