1. The biggest problem with this TV is that I have to unplug it almost every day just to turn it on! I did a Google search and even contacted Samsung directly for support. After doing everything that is recommended, nothing solves this problem. I'm physically challenged and it was hard enough putting this TV up, there's no way I could put it back together and send it back without paying someone. do it for me.2. The remote would be much better WITHOUT the ONLY Netflix and Prime Video buttons. There are so many other streaming services why only these 2-3. Built-in "smart" Features are a headache! (Excuse my language! ) Setting up the TV took longer than any other setup I've ever done! I'm a geek with 14 certifications in the tech world. If I find it painful, others will too. The DETAIL image quality is good, but even with all "Brightness" and "Contrast" levels set to almost as low as possible, the image still looks washed out.5. Available port restrictions are TERRIBLE! If you are a gamer or have kids, stay away from this TV! It only has 2 HDMI ports and nothing else! I had to buy a converter for my Wii but there is no sound as there is no AUX input. For those who have this with X-Box, Playstation and DVD/Blu-Ray players, you're out of luck! No local channels. My antenna does not receive any stations. My previous TV caught all local channels clearly. This Samsung says they are but then when you go to that channel it says there is no signal. People told me not to buy a Samsung TV, but I didn't listen. Please listen to me and stay away from this purchase.
