I like that it has many different elements of design and customization options. It was easy for me to use and customize my website. The customer service is also top notch! They were always willing to help me out and answer all of my questions. I dislike how difficult it can be to find tutorials or support for certain things within the product. For example, I have a few custom fields which I want to include in my blog posts but am having trouble finding tutorials for this. Make sure you get support from Shogun as they really do care about their customers and will work to make sure you are satisfied. I used Shogun to create my online store. This software helped me set up my website and customize it to my liking.
