Review on πŸ”’ Pro Marine Supplies: Superior UV Resistant Countertop Tapes, Adhesives & Sealants by Richard Counts

I don't buy anymore.

Update: lots of bubbles, but putting hardener and resin separately in warm water for a few minutes and working in a warm room helped. Still less than 45 minutes to work, more than 20. You need to prep all your paints before mixing. My coasters turned out well so I'll try again. Not impressed with the amount of bubbles, but using a heat gun while running versus the end helps a bit. And check back every few minutes after completion to catch a few that come up before things get too difficult. The price is great, just seems fussy. Original: Very fast. TONS of bubbles even with gentle stirring and very difficult to get out. From the other resin, I pour the excess into another shape, like keychains or something small, but this resin was thick when I finished pouring my coaster set, maybe 20 minutes. You'd better have accurate measurements or you'll waste resin. I always keep a little extra in case I need to finish my coasters, but I can't do it with this one. I'm not happy with that at all. I will not buy again. I bought it because it was cheaper but I see I'm wasting resin with this resin because it cures so quickly. He was also very excited. My other was only slightly warm. We actually wait for it to cool before throwing the cups away. It's been 40 minutes and they're still hot. I hope the coasters are decent. They look good except for the waves, which I'll have to cover up tomorrow when I try to pop some bubbles on one of the coasters. I said that before, but sooooo many bubbles. And some get up when it's too late to put it off.

Cons
  • Not bad, but...
