Great Headphones! Tozo is a quality brand with great customer service. I have several versions of their headphones. All are slightly different. These are the most advanced and I really like them. 1) Pairing is very easy - just take it out of the case (they turn on automatically when you take them out), enable bluetooth pairing on your device, select NC9. That's all! (One note: My left earbud didn't connect at first. I found it wasn't charged so I charged it fully. Then they both paired right away) 2) Great sound quality 3) Easy to use features. Easy to adjust in your ears. • Right earbud: Press once to turn off. Hold for 3 seconds to increase volume. • Left ear: Press once to turn on transparent mode. (So you can listen to music but still hear surrounding sounds like conversations, doors opening, etc.) Press again to turn on ANC. (The automatic noise-cancellation works great and you won't be bothered by ambient noise unless it's loud.) It even tells you which mode to choose if you're not sure. Hold for 3 seconds to decrease volume. 3) Ideal for making phone calls. The sound is good; The caller hears you well and no background noise 4) On the cover you can see what percentage he charged. It also shows bars for each earbud that will flash while charging. (Just like a phone, more bars for a fuller charge). In this way you can determine whether a fee is currently due and how high it is. If you don't have it in the case, you can tell by the stripes.) 5) The case itself has dots along the front that light up to show when and how charged it is. 6) They are securely attached and will not fall out. They also come with a set of ear tips that fit securely in either ear. The only downside for me is that the earbuds themselves are a bit big for my small female ears. The fit inside is good, but I would have preferred the rest of the bud to be slightly smaller for a more comfortable fit. Maybe I'm just used to small headphones. But the form is good and I forget it quickly.
