Review on UPERFECT Portable FreeSync External Anti-Glare Screen, 2560X1600 Resolution, 120Hz Refresh Rate, High Dynamic Range, Built-In Speakers, IPS, HD by Shane Driscoll

Update 4/6/21 Lots of great reviews on it, we thought it would be good for a portable monitor so we bought it for our son for Christmas. 1 month after use, the ports stop working to connect anything to the screen. Of course we bought an extended warranty, but as it's so new it's unfortunately still covered by the manufacturer's warranty. UPERFECT's customer service tends to be a little more complex than anything I've ever experienced. They ask you for all those videos and those who are used to dropping off an item at places like Best Buy or just sending it in for repairs. I found this challenging, especially since I don't know what I'm looking for. for.UPDATE* 04/06/22 I want to leave the first part of my review anyway as buyers need to know what will happen if something goes wrong before AllState extends the warranty and I strongly believe buyers will do so after a Month should know The screen may have stopped working. HOWEVER, after a long process with UPERFECT customer service, they finally replaced my screen with an updated screen (4k touch screen option), so far there is no problem with this screen, they are very sorry for all previous and fourth e- Mails and guess they enjoy it so you know what to do when they send a replacement. In any case, UPERFECT exceeded all expectations at the end of the day. I would like to point out that I gave 4 stars only because of the quality of the first screen I received.
