I'm 5'4" and weigh 144 pounds, have a size 6 pants and generally a true average size 36D. LOVE this item! I bought the medium and it fits perfectly. I tried it on with no underwear and I didn't have a wedge/camel toe. The whole outfit is very flattering and has the effect of shapewear without causing an uncomfortable feeling on the skin. The shorts fit perfectly, do not slip, do not press on the skin and are breathable. The sports bra is great too, it may not be the most comfortable for running but I went for brisk walks and had no issues with all the gear. The sports bra head hole is a little tight, so I suggest when you wear this updo outfit, put on the bra first. I love it and will buy more colors! I have 2 kids and am unfit and my middle section NEEDS HELP. I put on this outfit and felt very cute and confident in it. Note: In these photos I removed my bra insert, I tried it on with padding and surprisingly it still fits, but I take this insert out of everything so I took it off anyway. In turquoise green it is not transparent at all.
