We hung this on the bathroom window to keep people from looking into our bathroom. We don't want to put up curtains because we still wanted daylight to shine on our moisture-loving bromeliads and orchids that we have in the bathroom. This is actually good for the plants because it filters out the direct sunlight that would otherwise burn them out and they now thrive in this softer light. The rice paper wrap has been around for months and looks as good as the day we put it on. Very easy to use and looks professional. I just wish they would have given you more for the price. I was surprised at how little material I received when the package arrived. When the light is on in the bathroom at night, you can see from the outside that there is a person in the bathroom, but you can't see any details, which is good. If you look out the bathroom window during the day, you won't see anything. I am happy with this purchase, I would buy more!
