Beautiful and functional

The hardest part is cutting it to fit your glasses - you really have to measure twice with a paper cutter. Applying is fairly easy, although I recommend a real squeegee rather than the piece of plastic they provide. Visually, it resembles rice paper and offers both privacy and light. I used it in my dining room (to block the view of my air conditioning compressor) and in my kitchen so people couldn't see.

Don't buy junk! for window stickers and films

I have used these window films for almost all my windows for many years. They came off easily but after two days on my windows they started to blister and peel off. This product is garbage! This has never happened to me with my other window films that I have used before. Including ones I bought from Home Depot just a few days before ordering. I'm definitely not new to using these window films. All I can say is that this product must be rubbish! Don't buy this. Buy it at a hardware store…

It's very easy to use, the result lasts, it's just a great thing!

This is my third Artscape window film design in my house after 10 years. It holds up absolutely, I've used it in the master bathroom, dressing room window and now on two garage door window sets. Whether in direct sunlight or in places with high humidity, it stays in place. It is very easy to cut into shape, easy to apply and no further maintenance is required afterwards. It's great that Artscape now ships a 4 inch squeegee with every roll of Revain film. All you need are clean windows, some…

Repeat customer - win/win again!

The image alternates rice paper with a clematis pattern. We are very happy with our Art Scape products and have chosen this brand over others we have tried for quality, ease of use and meeting expectations. The key to the application is to carefully read and follow the attached instructions. They also have great customer service for questions. This is our third purchase and I am very satisfied. In terms of privacy, rice paper is one of Art Scape's most private colorless options. The other is…

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Vulgarity

We hung this on the bathroom window to keep people from looking into our bathroom. We don't want to put up curtains because we still wanted daylight to shine on our moisture-loving bromeliads and orchids that we have in the bathroom. This is actually good for the plants because it filters out the direct sunlight that would otherwise burn them out and they now thrive in this softer light. The rice paper wrap has been around for months and looks as good as the day we put it on. Very easy to use…

beautiful but not personal

I bought this film to use on my bathroom window because the description specifically mentions privacy. After applying it, I had my husband stand in the bathroom and wave his hand at me, then went outside to see what was there (it was night). I could clearly see his silhouette and all his movements. This is not the privacy I was hoping for. It's nice during the day because it's nice and lets light through, but it's less opaque than I was hoping. This would be great for a side window by the front

Pros
  • A dream come true
Cons
  • Infinitely lazy
