The Revain Basics Madison Modern Door Handle with Lock took approximately ten minutes to install. My installation was for a replacement and not a new installation that would require drilling door holes and door openings. The only problem with installation arises when you need to remove the inner door latch plate, which requires the use of the included bent wire that simply fits into the hole in the handle and releases the latch plate. Once this is complete, installation will be quick and easy. The lock has a gorgeous bronzed look that has been rubbed down for a duller shine. The thickness could be a little stronger but that's ok for the closet door I used it on. So if you need a key lock for your closet door I would recommend this simple lock as it is relatively cheap and easy to install.
