What you can expect at this price

You get what you pay for. This is an easy and inexpensive solution if you have a very bright window, especially in the bedroom. Doesn't block light, but rather a slight shading. Too much light comes through the blinds in my bedroom. This shade/curtain helps. The material is light - polyester or viscose - and poorly made. I doubt it has any thermal insulation properties. However, it does help filter the light. I don't think it will be very durable, but it was pretty cheap. If I wasn't so lazy I would take a better fabric and sew it. I bought white.
