Before the introduction of the CoolPo system, every meeting participant had to bring their own laptop to be seen. This required IT support as some participants forgot their power supplies or were unable to connect to the network, the list goes on. The vision for remote work is that I want each of our 12 remote manufacturing and research sites to have a CoolPo system. This allows all locations to come together as separate teams and still be present as one group at our corporate headquarters. The AgReliant Genetics Personnel Committee can hold meetings with a laptop and present them to all employees. I expected the CoolPo camera to capture the conference room participants and provide good audio and video. CoolPo not only met my expectations, but completely exceeded them. Video quality is very good, capturing participants up to 15 feet away. The audio side of the CoolPo is surprisingly good. .Microphones pick up well and speakers deliver good, clear sound. My only concern is that if the speaker volume is increased more than 70%, the quality will decrease. significantly improve the quality at higher levels or even have an external speaker connection for better sound. CoolPo's ability to recognize participants is fantastic! Anyone who has used both prefers the CoolPo system.
