We ordered this and the first bag delivered did not have the inner pocket which the instructions should have said. So we sent it back and asked for a replacement. The second didn't have an inside pocket either, but we decided to keep it to ourselves so as not to screw up the return. It works quite well without the inside pocket. You just have to throw the clothes away instead of storing them in a handy bag. Hence only a few stars because it is not as advertised.
