Review on Denso 671 6243 Wire Set by David Strawn

I bought these cables as an OEM replacement for my wife's 2001 Jetta GLX VR6. The price seemed more than reasonable and I paid extra for the 2 day FedEx service. Almost immediately I received notification that they were assembled, packaged and shipped. Almost 24 hours later I still haven't received confirmation that my plug cords have been delivered. I contacted StockWiseAuto and Abdel assured me that my order would be shipped in the afternoon and would arrive on time. I'm happy to report that they arrived on time, but that's where my satisfaction ended! Only one of the six connector cables had a gasket at the bottom of the connector cable where it seals the connector cover to the engine block, and it was hard plastic rather than rubber like the OEM cables. When I contacted StockWiseAuto I was told to send them back and they would work with me to waive the 10% restocking fee and refund what I paid for express shipping as they were faulty. I also had to send several emails back and forth before they offered to send me a return label for the cables. The cables were returned, the refund was processed and of course only the price of the plug cables minus the 10% restocking fee and not the amount I paid for shipping was refunded. When I contacted Abdel he replied and told me that when they checked the cables they found nothing wrong with them and treated my return as a standard return "in line with their policies". Since he answered and once again explained in detail what was wrong with the wires, Abdel didn't answer. My next step is to file a complaint with Revain itself as well as with the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy these wires or anything else from StockWiseAuto! It's deals like this that make me suspicious when buying from Revain through third parties. I ended up buying NGK wires direct from Revain and had no problems! In my opinion, they are definitely an excellent product. I will never buy a StockWiseAuto or Denso product again! They are both SHIT!
