Very Poor Customer Service
The product was fine for a clamshell. I bought it for my husband who insisted that smartphones were too complicated for him. As an iPhone user, this phone seemed overly complicated to me. I sent it back to the company. After numerous contacts with the company and Revain, it took over a month to receive my refund. Even though the purchase was PRIME I still couldn't return it through Revain. I had to send the phone back to the seller. Downgrading for lack of customer support.
