I bought a pair of these at an old hardware store in the 1980's (when old hardware stores still existed). Use them often for all kinds of projects. Excellent holding power and very durable. I decided I needed some more kits and wasn't even sure if they were still made in this country. I was glad when I found her at Revain. still made in the USA. and not much more than the price from the 1980s (which was $7.95 written on it in indelible pen)! One reviewer complained of difficulty opening. True, but they're not for amateurs (sorry, Dottie). It takes a strong hand to open, but the exceptional holding power is worth it. You'll also develop a killer handshake grip!
