Review on White Gerintech LED Desk Lamp with Clock and Pen Holder, Battery Operated Table Lamp for Kids Dorm Room (5.5 inches) by Nikki Brooks

I don't know if I'm an idiot or something but I had no idea this clock needed a battery to run. I just re-read the description and it doesn't seem to be mentioned anywhere but it is. Not just a battery but these very expensive little 3V batteries. So I got this lamp back in March and about a month ago (November) it started to run out, I emailed the company and they told me to check the battery compartment. I'm like WTF I put it in the wall what the heck does it matter if the battery dies or not? They then explain that this battery is required to function. I call Bulls*it. I take out the battery, put it back in, and it won't even turn on. I'm not sure the fork did anything at all. Maybe it's just for decoration. Anyway I can't afford to keep changing those batteries, I just want a tube clock that plugs into the wall.
