I like that they have great customer service! They are very knowledgeable about their industry. Also it's easy to communicate with them via email or phone call if you need help right away. The price of this business plan really surprised me - we didn't know what our budget was going into purchasing an employee benefits package when compared to other companies out there. This made us feel less confident knowing how much money we had available. We felt more comfortable once we realized all packages were under $10k per year at most. It would be nice to see some examples from previous clients so that one could get a better idea as well. Benefits administration has been streamlined greatly since implementing these services; also saved time by using online portal instead of having several people working separately on paper files and spreadsheets.
