For that reason alone I gave 4 stars - and didn't know where to file this no return complaint - but it was (via the Revain warehouse I'm sure) in an amazon sent "bubble bag" and the shampoo ran out. I guess it got crushed at some point so my package was a mess inside! This is not enough to resort to a refund. Luckily there is nothing else! However - the product itself is as I previously purchased it. I like to use it as a "daily" essential oil that really cleanses the scalp and scalp. Plus it smells amazing!
