Not needed. Was there a mechanic? The quality seems to be ok.
Never used. The mechanic said he sometimes heard them creak. ? He said to buy regular Lexus mounts just in case. $180 EACH! Anyway, I said just reuse the existing strut mounts on the car. So far it has worked flawlessly with the old supports. I don't know if this squeak/knock is a Lexus issue or not. The product appears to be of good quality. The mechanic had no issues with the KYB struts, but he did have issues with the strut mounts. strange.
