Breakage within two months is what you would expect from a dollar store phone holder and definitely not something from Sinjimoru that costs $9. However, something that's meant to be stretched daily isn't supposed to last that long, so I knew it was going to break eventually, and maybe I was just unlucky that it broke after two months. What bothers me so much that I'm writing this review because I haven't received an answer yet after trying to contact Sinjimoru's support because this product was rejected two weeks ago. There are many cheaper alternatives for this quality of product and customer service. I have used the Sinjimoru product before and liked it so I bought it. This experience just shattered all my goodwill towards Singimor.
