I looked at several options and settled on this one. Since I don't have a comparison, I can't say if it's better or not, but it seems good to me. I've only used it once. It looks durable and retains heat for a long time. I took note of the advice to put a towel or similar under very, very hot items so it doesn't damage/mark the insulation mat. I like the color I got. I'm glad I have one of these now as I've been looking at them for years. I haven't had many opportunities to use this yet due to the pandemic, but I hope to put it to good use soon.
