I've purchased a number of these small-but-mighty flashlights over the years and while I don't expect them to last indefinitely or solve the world's problems, they have served me well overall. I keep one in the house and one in my car. My biggest issue has been leaking and corroding batteries that ultimately render these lights unusable. Now I check and replace batteries on a schedule so as to avoid that problem. I found the regular AAA batteries to be more reliable than the rechargeable options. Of the pair I received in this order, one light worked perfectly. The other's contact pin (on the end of the battery compartment) appeared to be at an angle and would not make a proper connection. I had spare parts from an earlier flashlight (different brand name but same design) that had met with a mishap so I was able to swap out the defective cartridge. Works just fine now.
