Bad quality control. bent waves.
7 out of 10 brand new rollers were bent. Especially where the shaft/pin attaches to the nylon pulley. If you hold the reel and spin the "shaft" you will notice that it wobbles. This is poor quality control, greatly reducing the lifespan and making the skew roller difficult to install. I am returning this defective box.
