EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! After emailing the company that the product wasn't right for me, I received a call from Dr. Marder himself. He took the time to listen to me and after I explained my symptoms and my previous attempts he explained that he didn't believe I had psoriasis and that I had a different problem. He went on to explain that I needed to apply an antibiotic to the affected area, not a cortisone shampoo. It is amazing that the company owner finds time to help his customers during the day. I think next time I will contact a professional and not engage in self-diagnosis. Thanks Doc!
