Product was delivered on time and mostly as advertised. However, I was initially disappointed to learn that one of the mounting studs on one of the three posts that hold the plate (attached to a bracket on the TV) was the wrong size. This required a visit to the hardware store to obtain a suitable replacement. After installation, we found that the device holds the TV perfectly when folded against the wall. But when the arm is straight and outstretched, not only does the TV lean forward more than it is against the wall, it also leans sideways and no longer stands upright. This doesn't make the image invisible, but it is annoying and frustrating. I expected the TV to maintain its orientation whether it's against a wall or far from a wall. Were it not for the fact that this TV is installed in our basement and it would require drilling through panels and spacers to access the concrete block for installation (which probably makes replacement difficult as the replacement block will likely use a different hole pattern would). , I would probably send it back and try another one.
