The ability to create different shipping options at once - we have many customers who want same day/next morning deliveies but also need more flexibility than just "same day". And it makes sense too as they know exactly where they are with their orders! Also, being able to print labels from the app means less work going into production by hand. It does take some time getting used to having everything online (especially if you're not tech savvy). Sometimes when trying to upload documents, nothing will load and I'll get an error message saying something like "there was no internet connection", which doesn't make any sense since our wifi works fine most times! We've been using Freshline now for around 2 years and haven't had anything that has really annoyed us enough to switch providers. Not much to dislike so far. Having separate invoices for each order made tracking payments easier.
