Safe cooking done right.

Sometimes my wife makes very thick steaks, chicken, roasts. I keep hearing I think it's done. Usually this is 75% of the time, the rest is set on fire for another 5 minutes or more. At the same time, people have already started eating while you're just waiting, and my wife eats the meat half, half controlled. It took the guesswork out of the last two times. Easy to use. Good rubber base to hold unit or magnets to hold hob. Long probe cable with metal clip to attach to a pot or pan with foil to hold the probe. Each for C/F change. Recommended as kitchen supplies.
