To be honest I am very pleased with this pair of jewelery loupes! First, these things seem so heavy that I honestly don't think I would do anything with them even if I dropped them! The large lens gives me a lot of space to see, a lot of visual from what I see! The reason I chose this one is because the others I chose have a larger and smaller lens and this one is right in the middle at *40 and also has a larger lens than them! This pair also came with a nice flip plastic case which isn't the best but is larger than what my others have supplied and it even came with a micro cloth to clean the lens! It has both a dual white LED and a single UV light and I've probably used it for a few hours and it still seems to have perfect light but can't say much about the batteries all still working! I recommended the purchase to my friends and they are also very satisfied!
