It is user friendly, it can be used by non health care providers to monitor their patients as well! Sometimes there are problems when you try to use this application in different computers or browsers, but after some fixes everything works fine again.

I think that they should add more features like monitoring devices, blood pressure monitors, etc. We have been trying to find an easier way of tracking our patient's vitals during the day to make sure we did not miss any issues and also so we don't need to ask them if something went wrong at work time or while waiting in line somewhere.
