Great product for BJJ/High Intensity WO

I've read some of the reviews and one of them was particularly annoying for the nurse/medical staff. I have come to the conclusion that this product is completely safe, in fact it helps a lot during my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training, which is so intense, especially at the age of 51, that the possibility of this product causing chronic hypoglycemia , excluded for normal healthy adults. This is the supplement you use to better deal with the stress of intense workouts. If a person only drinks this and does not eat wholesome healthy food before and after, then this is unhealthy.
